Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing in Berkshire County, Western MA & New York's Capital Region

Concrete, pavers, stone, brick and siding brought back to their original color — with the right pressure and the right solution for each surface.

Surfaces we pressure wash

Pressure is only half the job. Surface cleaners, detergents and dwell time do the rest, which is why our results stay even instead of striped.

  • Driveways, walkways and sidewalks
  • Patios, pool decks and paver terraces
  • Vinyl, wood, composite and fiber-cement siding
  • Stone walls, brick, steps and retaining walls
  • Decks, fences, porches and outbuildings

House washing versus pressure washing

Siding almost never wants high pressure. We soft wash houses with a low-pressure application that lifts mildew and green algae chemically, then rinse clean. Hard surfaces like concrete get the pressure they can take. Matching method to material is what keeps your siding sealed and your mortar intact.

Mold, mildew and algae in Western Massachusetts

Shaded north walls, tree cover and long damp springs make organic growth almost inevitable here. Our treatment kills the growth at the root rather than blasting the surface layer off, so it stays clean far longer than a plain water rinse.

Plant-safe and property-safe

Landscaping is pre-rinsed and covered, outlets and fixtures are protected, and everything is rinsed down at the end. We leave the work area cleaner than we found it.

Pressure Washing questions

Not the way we do it. Siding is soft washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution, so nothing is forced behind the boards.
